Forums
You can offer your staff support forums for weight loss, smoking cessation, addiction recovery and for the general dietary changes they are making. They will be able to choose "nicknames" to protect their identity. The forums can either be moderated by NutriTeach or your organisation.
Forums such as these have been highly successful in helping people to change their habits, particularly in stopping smoking. Each forum would also contain an amount of advice about the issue it related to, and may also allow people to email questions directly to a nutritional therapist.
Resource Centre/Shop
The resource centre can be used to upload (and download) helpful recipes or their own hints and tips about how to stop an undesirable habit. The Resource Centre may also sell books and recommended supplements, which you can subsidise if desired. Reporting on sales will also be an indicator of Wellness Programme uptake.
Online Health Assessment
Our health profiling and reporting system can also be tailored for your organisation. For example, you can regularly assess the health of people who are, perhaps, exposed to chemicals, or whose role involves heavy lifting.
